Excellent Service! Our trip to Bolivia won't be as organized and amazing if not for Marcelo's assistance! We booked Inday's services barely two months before the trip all the way from Asia no less. From the beginning, Marcelo was clear and upfront with fees, instructions, and detailed itinerary. He was easily reachable and helpful. There's a partner agency that handled the Uyuni part of our travel and he made sure that the turnover was organized. We also took Inday's La Paz tour which was very compact but very interesting. Marcelo took us to cable car rides and patiently waited as he got two tourists with a penchant for taking too many photos! Nice half day city tour and 1 day Lake Titicaca & Tiwanaku We did a half day city tour and 1 day Lake Titicaca & Tiwanaku tours with Inday Tours. Marcelo who was our tour organizer and driver did a great job on customized our private tours based on our needs with reasonable prices and great patience. We also felt very safe and comfortable in his car during trips. Our tour guide-Juan happened to be our favorite tour guides among the tours we had in Peru and Bolivia. He's extremely knowledgeable. Both me and my husband learned a lot from all aspects by having conversations with him. We could totally felt his passion and love to Bolivia. He made our Bolivia trip extremely interesting. At the end of the tour, both Marcelo and Juan sent us to the airport. They got off from the car, and actively helped us to check in our flight. They waited us at the airport until they ensured our flight would leave without delay or cancellation. We felt very heartwarming. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE If I could give Inday Tours a ten star rating, I would. Marcelo and Felipe were incredible. My husband and I were planning a trip to the Sacred Valley in Cusco, Peru and wanted to make a quick trip over to La Paz, Bolivia to see some sights in that area. Every company I contacted in Bolivia turned me down or never replied. I then came across Inday Tours & Expeditions and Marcelo. He immediately responded to my email, immediately confirmed that he could accommodate a 5 day trip for us and take us to the places that we wanted to go. Absolutely no problems. Excellent service! I can't give a rating too high for Inday Tours! I recently took a group of 19 university students to Bolivia and the service provided by Inday was outstanding. From our border crossing from Peru to our departure from the La Paz airport Marcelo and Juan were with us every step of the way. We visited a number of places in Bolivia (Copacabana, Tiwanaku, La Paz, Salar de Uyuni, Los Lipez, Potosi) and the arrangements were excellent. Not only were they terrific guides for our activities they were also very attentive and responsive to the needs of the group. I appreciate how flexible they were when we needed to make changes to the schedule. Plus, they are super friendly people! I highly recommend Inday to others who are planning a trip to Bolivia.
